In the process of producing power adapters, power adapter manufacturers need to go through the steps of pressing parts and laying plates. Today, power adapter manufacturers will share with you how to press parts and lay out plates for power adapters.
Preparation before work:
1. Wear the electrostatic ring and confirm that it is in good contact with the wrist and the electrostatic grounding wire;
2. Read the homework instruction book, clarify the work content, steps and precautions;
3. Prepare the furnace jig and cover plate and check that the furnace jig should be consistent with the specifications of the production model
work procedure:
1. Inspection of material taking: Take the PCBA completed by the station, and confirm that there is no missing, wrong or reversed insertion of components.
2. Homework:
①Check the PCBA on the component surface of the plug-in line from top to bottom and from left to right The vertical PCB board is not skewed, and the defective parts are repaired to pass with fingers or tweezers;
③ Focus on T1 transformers, CN1 USB socket presses;
②Take the furnace jig to check that the jig is not broken, and the size and specification should be consistent with the production model (as shown in Figure 2); put the 4-connector PCBA output end of the checked OK into the furnace jig with the output end facing down. Put 4 large pieces of 6-connected PCBA on the fixture (as shown in Figure 3); and confirm that there are no defects such as dropped parts, floating height, skew, etc. during the PCBA fixture process. After OK, put the furnace jig lightly on the connecting table chain (as shown in Figure 4);
③Standardize the operation, repeat the above-mentioned step ②, and put the furnace jig into the connecting table chain in a correct and orderly manner;
3. Visual inspection of the casting line: After confirming that the components are free of floating height and skew, put the PCBA lightly on the connecting table chain;
