Power supply manufacturers need to use high temperature resistant silica gel when producing power adapters for insulation and fixing, as well as heat conduction. Today, I will share with you how to dispense during operation.
Preparation before homework:
1. Wear an electrostatic ring and make sure that it is in good contact with your wrist and electrostatic grounding wire;
2. Read the work instructions, clarify the content, steps and precautions of the work;
3. Ready to prepare the dispenser, the technician will debug the dispenser and set the relevant parameters, the air pressure range: 4-5KG/c㎡;
work procedure:
1. Reclaiming inspection: Take the product with the built-in parts installed in the process, check that the flying lead after finishing does not exceed the edge of the board, and is tightly attached to the transformer core.
2. Homework:
①Take the PCBA component of the previous process from the assembly line, face up, and find the position of the glue: T1 transformer skeleton and C1 C2 electrolytic capacitor dispensing,
②Take the syringe filled with silicone in your right hand, align the needle with the root of the position where you need to dispense, and then step on the pedal to start the dispensing. When discharging the glue, move the needle slowly so that the silicone wraps around 1/3 of the root of the component and releases it. Foot switch
③Standardize the operation and correctly dispense the white glue into the position where the glue is needed as shown in the left picture. The white glue does not spill over the PCB board and does not draw wire. After the silicone wraps the bottom 1/3 of the component, put the PCB board into the assembly line and flow down One process; otherwise, it needs to be cleaned with a rag and re-dispensed
3. Visual inspection of the line: After the self-inspection dispensing is OK, it is neatly placed on the anti-static partition and transferred to the next process.
Precautions:
1. The glue must be in place, not on other components, more or less.
2. The air pressure of the dispenser: 4-5KG/c㎡, and the amount of glue: 2g/set.
3. Standardize the operation, handle with care, avoid stacking, and do a good job of static protection and 7S in the work area.
