The low-smoke halogen-free wire material does not contain any toxic substances such as halogen, and there is no wire with a lot of smoke in the case of burning. The maximum rated temperature of the cross-linked polyethylene insulated wire can reach 90°C during long-term operation, and the highest temperature of the wire conductor can reach 250°C during short circuit (the longest duration does not exceed 5S), and the current carrying capacity is greater than that of the PVC insulated wire. The minimum working temperature of the cable is -15℃, and the minimum bending diameter is not less than the following regulations: single-core cable: 20D (mm); multi-core cable: 15D (mm) (D: actual cable outer diameter).
